In some variants, instead of eating a thousand human livers or spending a thousand years in training, a nine-tailed fox would marry a human and spend a hundred days while managing to hide the fact that it's a fox in order to become a human. That does sound a lot more date-able.

Well, in general fox youkai used to steal women's husband. However from every story I knew so far, they are... uhm...faithful, always be with 1 man at a time so calling them 'slutty' is quite harsh.
