Eh, while illegal its more along the lines really, really painful since sharing thoughts/touch sensations with a different gender causes pain due to the feedback caused by the brain having to process feedback that is totally foreign to it. However it's been shown many times that women can have virtual sex with other women, and assumed to be done between males as well.
However if this is something along the lines of a viral attack then its quite a bit easier to explain.
I think it's the movie that they talk about her preforming E-sex. And they talk about it's legality. Mostly because in a world where EVERYONE has a cyberbrain, and considering her body is so state of the art, it's very likely that her, or anyone like her, could absolutely destroy another person.
Pretty much, as I recall her skin sensors are something along the lines of 16^n per square inch or some such number, which is far greater than a normal humans touch sensitivity. Because of that she either has to have a barrier up or she can fry another person's brain due to the overwhelming input.
