I dunno... should this be black hair, or purple hair? I mean, often black hair has a purple tint to it to make it look darker, it's an artistic technique iirc, or something like that. It could just be the lack of contrast that makes simply look a little more purple... but for anime standards, that looks black.

The color itself, as I see it, is purple. Since the character's design has purple hair, I think this is safe as "purple".
