If it's Cipher, then the strikers are based on the F-15. The color scheme on the wings matches that seen on the game's box art. Certain design elements (the engine inlets, exhaust sections, and wing shape mostly) also resembles an F-15.
Makes sense. I guess the biggest that threw me off was the protruding sections next to the exhaust. The stabilators are either missing or greatly reduced. I work with the F-15. I thought Sukhoi because they have a few jets that resemble the F-15 as far as inlets/exhaust goes.
