    Rarity from My Little Pony - Friendship is magic, dressed as Tenshi Hinanawi (Hinanai) from the Touhou Project.

    Like always, this was drawn with water soluble color pencils, and finished with white gel pen.

    For the record: anyone else who feels like adding yet another "I hate ponies and so should you" comment without substance will be banned if it crosses my view, just like the two above.
