Translated, but it doesn't really help it make sense. From the source link there are other comics, where Suigintou has apparently become big, which don't seem to be on here. I'll go upload them, but the text size in those is so small the kanji are just indecipherable blobs to me. There isn't that much text in them, though, and the image context is probably good enough unless someone else feels like translating them.
