Uh, no she doesn't. Morrigan doesn't either. That'd be Felicia, who has a bust at least 6 cm larger than Hsien-Ko and 2 larger than Morrigan. She's also the only female character in Darkstalkers whose boobs bounce as she moves. I know MvC3 and fanart would have everyone believe otherwise, but this is the case.
