Settle down everyone. Deletion requests and appeals aren't for voting, so giving the same reason for approval or deletion over and over doesn't help, it just annoying floods the dashboard. Additionally just because we have tags for something doesn't make them acceptable, nude filter and fake translation are probably the best example of this. Finally wack-ass proportions, while the rules on them have been relaxed, are still a valid reason to flag something. So this and anything under gigantic breasts are generally fair game.
It's really grating to see this happen on every one of these kind of flags. It does not automatically kill the image. There's no reason to attack the flagger or get angry about it, even if the flag is wrong.
It doesn't matter if an artist is well known for drawing something, it still has to meet the standards of the site. The gigantic_breasts tag also doesn't guarantee anything. It's on the edge of whats acceptable so the images under it are going to be under harder scrutiny.
I like HAN, but this isn't his best work. It's okay. Another run through the queue is a good idea.
Not exactly but it's a gamble considering the sometimes silly rules this site works under. It's something I understand when I try uploading his stuff that it may not be approved. Though Han is one of the few artists that pull off such breasts well.

I did get this from a rough sketch collection and choose carefully to pick the very best of the bunch. There's some others that I'd never upload as I don't think they'd make it past the mods. I'm surprised some of these got approved so fast (not complaining though)

Yeah, it was pretty clear why you flagged it. It's not an obscure part of the ToS. The problem is you've ignored everything under the gigantic_breats tag, which is specifically for breasts around this size and permitted by the ToS. "Extremely large" is just a vague guideline that doesn't mean anything by itself, more specifically it refers to breasts larger than three head sizes.
Even if it did violate the ToS, though, it's still not a great reason to flag. Tags like furry and gore are technically prohibited by the ToS but are still in use. It's not because of lazy moderation, it's because the rules aren't meant to be applied so strictly. Quality is more important than a technicality.
Also, the "one breast" look is pretty typical for breasts in tight and thick sweaters.
