いまでんさんの同人誌に寄稿するんですが、ネタが浮かばぬまま迫る締め切り。
やっと浮かんだネタでとりあえずラフをまとめ、息抜きに落書き……

"天下の奇病" means something like "the weirdest ailment in the world."

Might, but it can also mean "having one's own way","doing as one may please"....

So this artist did it for his/her own gratification, and overtly admits to it.
