For Utsuho : why not the 7th november (1867) as it's Marie Curie's birthday since she coined "Radioactivity" or the 17th October (1956) the first day we (officialy) got electricity thanks to a nuclear power plant ?
This was drawn as a birthday present for another artist on pixiv named Rurikoshi. Looking at their gallery, they seem to use a birdy Utsuho as their profile picture. What a nice gift!

I don't know about that, it had been stated in canon that Gensokyo uses the Gregorican calender for most instances... if I recall correctly, the sole exception being the Tengu who still use the Lunar calender, although Aya and Hatate apparently use the Gregorian markings in their respective papers. They do however use a different Year system starting from when Gensokyo was formed, the same way that Christian countries started to use A.D. and B.C. to refer to their time periods. And no, I do not use CE, BCE, or any other system with exception to Rules of Emperors/Kings for the countries that use that system (like Japan), I think the change is both redundant and pointless (yes, both, to double up on the implication).
