Not from cannon. You could be right about his age - it's never given as far as I know, though he doesn't describe history as one who's lived through it - but cannon establishes that she is at least 1,200 years old, going back to the first chronicles.

Alright, CoLA is my favorite in Touhou canon. I think I've sufficiently read, understood and enjoyed it. But, just in case I've missed something... What chapter is there any mention that stated Rinnosuke being older than Yukari?

Yeah... no.
1. Just because they say something doesn't make it true. They lie and joke around all the time.
2. The printworks(and really all sideworks) aren't canon. They aren't danmaku games, nor does Zun have total creative control over them. At best they're apocryphal. Just because something is "official" doesn't make it valid source material.

What are you smoking and can I have some? They are all written by ZUN, the only thing ZUN doens't have total control over is how the artist in questiond draws the girls. But he does make light rules for the artists to keep in mind. For example the fighting games. ZUN just ask Alphes not to overblow any of the girl's breasts sizes. Which is kinda ironic considering he does state that Yuyuko, Yukari and Yuugi have some "really good" sizes.
I hate how you people can only think of Rinnosuke when that is obviously the Crown Prince.

Rinnosuke is far and away my favorite Touhou character, but it's inappropriate to try to slot him into this scenario. Miko was originally the Crown Prince and this picture makes perfect sense with only the three characters in it - this probably took place in the outside world anyway.
