Mokou's thinking about her father's marriage to Kaguya. I think I'm missing something, though, because assuming the single kanji on the second line is 流 ("flow"; probably metaphorical, like in the title of the comic), it sounds as though she's thinking of the marriage as something that has happened.
Most likely I'm wrong about the verb form she's using or the meaning of the しまって ending, and it's actually something very roughly along the lines of "As a result of Father and Kaguya's marriage not happening...", leading into the next bubble. But that's half guessing from context, so you should wait for a real translator to be properly sure.
