Hey regarding tags, when should a picture be tagged with a particular tag or not? For instance should this picture have the "large breasts" tag or not? I'm honestly asking, not trying to be sarcastic or anything.

Large breasts: approx 1 head size. Huge breasts: between 1 and 2 heads. Gigantic breasts: more than 2 heads. If you click the ? next to the tag, or click Wiki when searching just one tag, you'll see the definition.
