To me, the story idea is good: an incurable disease which can only be cured by passing it on, similar to game "Tag." The art is nice too. Decent and cute.

Vagoo vace is what's ruined the story. Why can't it be something else, like... Catfish's whisker or octopus lips..

I actually find some of the Vag-faces funny to particular characters, since they seem to take their appearance according to the individual.

Imagine if there was a dick-nose disease, and it always looked like your own erect penis. That'd add a whole new layer of awkward.

Anyway, waiting for some cunnilingus. Maybe it even bounces back & forth?

You shouldn't overthink it. Sukedai has a reputation of being a gross-out troll artist, he probably wasn't focusing on making a lighthearted comedy here.
