Not sure of the context, but is this a reference to the sound stage where Hayate gropes someone? I've never heard it, but this might make sense if they're fighting over someone else's breasts.

I don't see the reason why there fighting over each other's breasts. But if its so, its so.

I'm not sure why they'd be up in arms over who gets to touch the others' breasts when they could just both touch each others'. Makes more sense to me if they're fighting over a third party's breasts (i.e. Nanoha or Teana).

What if both of them are so sensitive that upon being rubbed they will be...incapacitated?...GO SUBARU!
