He can try. I mean the Cures tanked a beam of death that was some fraction of a planet-killer in that same episode, somehow I don't think the Joker has enough 'boom' to really bother them too much.

Underestimating Mistah J always works well, just ask Bats.

I'd be more worried if it were DCAU Joker just because he has experience in going up against Superman and the League and other people who massively outclass him in a straight fight and getting away in one piece. Heath's Joker... not so much.

I was thinking about every Joker, not just Nolan's version. Should've pointed it out. Still, the guy wouldn't be out of place here : everybody who just thought "He's just out of his gourd." found the hard way how wrong they were.
The unifying theme of the joker across all the fiction that he is in is that he is insane, but in that specialway that lets him think around riddles and corners that anyone else would stop at - so where any sane character with enough power to stop him would demonstrate such, the joker would turn it around with something they couldn't think of. "let me show you my disappearing pencil trick!"

If we're talking every Joker, then his canon DCU counterpart once managed to summon Etrigan the Demon. Methinks he can somehow figure out something to hurt the PreCures (though even Dark Knight/Heath Ledger's version can just figures out their real identities, and either kill them while they are untransformed, or kill their families to drive them into either killing him or into suicidal despair).
Heck he is the one who started the Injustice story line(tho indirectly)
