I thought this was gonna be Yuyu and Youmu.

What's going on here?

Probably Alice sat down too long and her legs got all numbed up?
Happens to me all the time when I do that.

Alice, like most who aren't used to it*, is in extreme pain after sitting like that for an hour. Also, possibly a reference to Alice being a westerner an Yuyuko being so very Japanese.

*Really, only the excessively formal and yakuza sit in seiza for extended periods all that often.
