Unlikely, since all the pics in that pool are of someone (most likely Masara himself) off the right side of the screen making a request to do it with one of the girls, who is looking in that direction and talking with that person, with varying results.

This one is Kasen saying her bandages don't stink, not someone (Masara) asking her to do it and her response.

Note: I am not a person who is even remotely fluent at written Japanese, nor do I play one on TV.

Now that I think about it, what the heck is under her bandages? Isn't it portrayed as some sort of smoky, vapor substance?
