Aw come on, she's already self-conscious enough as it is. No need to say things like that! I'll agree the idea is a bit odd but I think it's kind of cute in a strange way - the gather (for lack of a better term off the top of my head) at the ends of the legs gives them a very slight and charming puff!
That manga is both adorable and interesting. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. And as a side effect of reading all thirteen chapters in a row, I'm now so used to seeing centaurs wear pants that it doesn't look weird anymore.
