Refresh the page and keep looking at the image, you'll see it.
Its a 2-image non-looping GIF.

Adding note for first frame, which I can thankfully still read from the thumbnail.

It says APNG in the tags though. Anyone want to see it, add the APNG extension on your browser or use one with APNG support. And of course wait long enough for the image to finish loading. There are also those that make you have to fullsize them first.
