I am still very cautious about assuming that they will be in the game. Of course they've been mentioned in that description page with the screenshots, but hell, they do have subordinates, it could just happen like it happened in the previous games where the masters sent out their servants.

Actually monhan that image is about a year old (Posted there on 10 January 2012). It was more to celebrate the release of Ten Desires than the new Game.

I'm guessing she'll be a little more... "subdued", given ZUN's rules about fan service in official works. Compare the busts of Komachi, Yuyuko and Sanae in fan art by alphes to the three of them in official art by alphes.

Still, it's not entirely out of the question for them to be in HM. Remi and Yuyuko were in IAMP even though they're final bosses and their respective highest-ranked lackeys were also in the game; Utsuho was in Soku, though she didn't have her own story mode; former bonus bosses Alice, Suwako and Yukari are selectable; and Kaguya almost was in one of the fighting games (Soku, I think?) but was only cut along with Mokou because Tasofro couldn't balance them in time for the game's release (along with Nitori and/or Wriggle, because Tasofro was too busy trying to balance K&M to complete the coding for N&W)

That was mainly PoFV as Yuyuko, Remilia, and Yukari have been mainstays in the fighters.

You'd be surprised by the range some artists have.
Though on an interesting note, HM's art has Byakuren with a visable chest in both art AND game. (pretty stand out when some characters look even younger than usual)

Like I said (eight months ago), she's a bit more subdued in HM than in this pic; she's "Sexy" big in the game, as opposed to "Comedy Relief" big here.
And Miko and Reimu are bigger in game than here -- not incredibly big, but they are noticeable. Although they're probably both a bit smaller than Lina Inverse.

alphes isn't credited as a sprite artist for HM, even though it is obvious the Reimu (and Byakuren) sprite artist did this image. I will delete alphes' tag on this and a few other images having a similar style to this and add the artist request tag.

Who was then? Just asking as to possibly properly tag things, though I was under the impression that Alphes handled the drawn stuff while someone did the sprites. As for one things don't look that far off from his earlier style (as opposed to colored eyelash/brow style seen in HM)

Do remember that Miko's wearing a Kimono (something known for making all but the most stacked girls look flatter) and in sprite and art Reimu doesn't seem to have much curves anyways. I wonder how the team was allowed to even give Byakuren, Miko and Mamizou (in that one spell card of hers) easily noticable chests.
