Apparently. Sanae requests a "Matsu-level" curse, which is the highest of the three-level ranking in the title.

Poor Kogasa-san, at least she's alright! She's kind enough not to hold a grudge, but Sanae-san... well, she went from upset to overprotective quite quick, didn't she? I'd love to have a wife like that!

For the poll, I can think of easy fixes for all the curses except for things selling out in front of them, so that's what I'll go with. You can fix the pillow curse if you sleep on something else, you can use a bidet for the TP curse, the driver probably isn't a doujin artist, and the driver can still find love is he/she goes gay, so there you have it.

Moving pillows are harmless. They should turn into osa yukkuri giving you nightmares.

Well it says meeting, not making a relationship with, so I'd imagine not being able to meet people of the opposite sex would make going out of the home difficult.
