Added the link from the index of part 7 to the indexes of all the other parts. It's a good thing I ran across some of part 7 first, by accident, or I would have thought this ended with 6, and I would have been heartbroken.
I like how Kamonari's Yukari has golden eyes. That gives her a strange look. Usually, it's harder to notice, but Kamonari is usually more focused on the characters than the scenery, so it's easy to notice in this case.
In other words...reimu is not allowed to be happy. Most yukari depictions are trollish or duty driven at best, but this one is a genuine bitch in my eyes.
So, in the end of chapter 5, so very happy and joyful Yukari said "Haro!" And after that she immediately killed/banished Cirno and became Serious And Dutiful(tm)?
I'm definitely starting to think there's more going on here than meets the eye. Yukari usually isn't this much of a bitch without a really good reason, and making sure Reimu stays monastic doesn't qualify in my eyes. Surely it doesn't justify Yukari doing... whatever she did to Cirno (no matter what she told Reimu, we as readers already know she didn't kill her).
I foresee three possibilities, none of which are forbidden templates:
1. This isn't Yukari at all (unlikely, but conceivable),
2. Yukari is testing Reimu to see just how far she's willing to take this,
or
3. Yukari really is that much of a bitch, at least in Kamonari's eyes.
