The Aquila, the eagle, is a symbol used all over the Imperium and by many of it's organizations, not just the Imperial Guard.

The Aquila is 'The' Imperial symbol. The Imperium in its entirety digs the Aquila.

And even if she is Asuka, an Inquisitor pointing at me will make me very nervous.

That's what I meant. The Space Marines love slapping two-headed eagles on every gun, vehicle or piece of armour that doesn't already have a skull or the chapter's own symbols on them. And the Imperial Navy is known to adorn their ships with eagles with wingspans of several hundred meters. In the grim darkness of the far future, there is no such thing as subtlety or too many skulls and eagles.

And actually, I'd fear this Inquisitor even more *because* she's Asuka.
