    このポスターにはこんな感じに書かれている。。。

    「学園立候補　カチューシャ
    　来年は優勝を目指すわよ！」

    ぜひとも期待したいですね(*ﾟωﾟ*)

    ※しまったカチューシャたん高3でしたー！　いや、、、一昨年のポスターなんじゃ。。。
    　あれだね、描いている途中で簡単に思いつきでやると失敗するね('､3_ヽ)_

    I didn't watch the show, hence no idea what "school candidate" is supposed to mean, but it's ranguage either way. Pixiv description has Japanese text, feel free to correct the notes:
    学園立候補　カチューシャ
    来年は優勝を目指すわよ！

    Also, author made a remark about his mistake: Katyusha's already in her 3rd HS year, so "next year" for her is... yeah.
