Very few stories have such a beautiful setup such that every step of the way you can look back and say, "Okay, I know this, this, and *quickwiki*this. Does that mean this happens next?". For this whole dramatic fight and revelation, Akyuu still doesn't revise the entry for Yuuka. That means Yuuka is going to end up causing or being involved in some major damage soon. Cirno is the only one who hasn't been shown after the fight, and seemed to be in the most unstable state physiologically, perhaps on the border of a transition similar to Yuuka's. Yuuka mentions that she regrets accepting the position as a teacher. Perhaps she realized what was happening with Cirno, but because the process was not a calm, drawn-out one surrounded by caring friends like her's, the end result could end up being very different. Whereas Yuuka wanted friends, closeness, and peace, and ended up more or less with a very stable control over her abilities over a long period of time, Cirno just exhausted herself in a major battle very quickly, the whole time with the singular thought of not being looked down on.
