Moonspeaker, it looks like there's an error in the first box, the "In with the good luck, out with the bad." one. The usual phrase is "鬼は外! 福は内!" which means "Demons/bad luck out! Luck in!" but here it's "Both demons and luck in!" to show that Myouren temple accept both human and youkai. Maybe you've known this but decided to go with the usual phrase. I can understand though since I also don't know how to phrase it in good/bad luck.
