I wondered why some people mentioned Naruto but its the other way around. Naruto originated from this legend.
I wasn very surprised to find out that foreigners assosite Kyuubi with NarutoSweating a little...
Most Japanese conjure up images of a beautiful ninetailed fox God that can transform into a human or a God. It is on a mythological level here in Japan, everyone knows this legend.... that are my age.
