We're talking about 682? The only way a touhou can defeat him is by having Yukari gapping him to the outside world... and praying he never find his way back.

682 isn't that good in combat, as a couple fire teams are capable of subduing him easily.

No don't activate the Omega warhead. I know what I can do to stop her. Guys, I'm going to draw her attention and Lure back to The basement. Once I get there. Seal it, Don't wait for me to get out. Seal me in there with her. That way She is Secured, Contained, and the rest of the world is Protected from her. I'll draw her attention with the radio now. Everyone else, Run get out of here, But leave me a means of getting to that Basement. May god Help us all.

"Hey, Little girl. Do you want to play a Game? How about we play hide and seek. Take the voice box with you. You'll need it if you want to find me."

It won't work. She can break Patchouli's magical barriers. Also she can destroy a meteor using a single hand, and without even touching it, so I presume that even if you try to contain her in a concrete bunker, she will escape if she wants.

I think part of the reason she doesn't just escape from the SDM is that she willingly stays there most of the time until something riles her up and makes her want some fresh air. So yeah, if she wants to go home, nothing will stop her as long as she's conscious.

The SCP foundation isn't against keeping targets somewhere between the line of life and death though if it means keeping it contained. So, expect lots of drugs and such...

Several Gensokyo residents can easily destroy him especially non-human residents. In case of Yukari, she can erase his existence by manipulate boundary of exist and non-exist of this creature.

I'm very sure Flan can kill SCP-682, this creature just super-tough with high level regeneration but not immortality and he still captured by present day technology that proven he not invincible.

You know, this image really makes me want an SCP game where you and some other players play as one of the containment teams.
Kinda like that one SCP game that already exists, but as a squad of soldiers rather than some wimpy D-class guy.

Just imagine scenarios like this, where half the squad is wiped out, panicking into their radios moments before their death, leaving the others to wonder either what the hell happened, or where the thing that killed them is now.

    Item #: SCP-495

    Object class: Keter

Containment procedures: Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-495, containing it in a reinforced room is redundant. SCP-495 is to be kept in a room equipped with standard amenities for a █-year old child. SCP-495 requires a steady diet of human blood at least 3 times a day. SCP-495 may be granted requests for new toys and other objects, within reasonable limits. Conditionally to SCP-495's cooperation, a D-class may be provided as a "playmate" once in three days. Subsequent cleanup of the room should preferably be carried out by a robot.

SCP-495 claims to have a sister known as "███████ ███████". SCP-495 is to be regularly assured by personnel that ███████ ███████ will come to visit her soon. Class-C amnestics are to be administered to SCP-495 weekly with her food ration to prevent her from becoming agitated over ███████ ███████'s absence.

Site should be guarded at all times by no less than ██ guards, of which at least ██ should be equipped with flamethrowers, ██ with automatic weapons with silver ammunition and ██ with tranquilizer weapons. During containment breach, fire sprinkler system should be activated to contain SCP-495.

In the event of a catastrophic containment failure during nighttime, detonation of on-site high-yield explosives is authorized to terminate SCP-495 before it can attempt an escape.

Description: SCP-495 physically resembles a human female child of approximately █ years of age with blonde hair, red eyes, and abnormally developed canine teeth. It refers to itself as "███████ ███████". SCP-495's most prominent physical abnormality is a pair of wing-like structures on its back, composed of an unknown metal. Attached to each of these structures are eight (8) multicolored crystals of similarly unknown composition. Analysis has so far failed to provide a purpose for these structures, and it is unknown whether they are naturally part of SCP-495, or whether they are artificial.

SCP-495 is able to eat standard food, but the only nutritional element necessary to its survival appears to be human blood. Direct exposure of SCP-495 to natural sunlight causes its skin to [DATA EXPUNGED]. Direct exposure to rain or any running water seems to immobilize SCP-495 for reasons yet to be fully understood.

SCP-495 displays an abnormally high tolerance to damage and the ability to regenerate from wounds, including the loss of entire body parts. Flame weapons and silver weapons seem to impede this regeneration. SCP-495 has abnormally high physical strength for its constitution (may lift up to ███ kilograms), can move at speeds exceeding ███ km/h, and has the ability to travel through the air, which does not seem to be linked to the structures on its back.

SCP-495 has shown the ability to cause at will the instantaneous destruction of any object or living creature within its line of sight. This will usually cause the object in question to either detonate violently or to lose its structural integrity and collapse. So far, testing has failed to find an upper limit to the mass or volume of objects that can be destroyed this way (see Experiment Log 495-1). This is invariably accompanied by SCP-495 clenching its fist, as if crushing an invisible object within. Dr. J████ ███ theorizes that SCP-495 somehow causes the center of tension of objects to collapse. Tests to determine whether SCP-495 can cause this effect even when its hands are restrained are pending. SCP-495 has claimed that "the eyes of everything are within [its] hand". If true, this may mean that SCP-495 could potentially cause an XK-class end of the world scenario.

Additionally, SCP-495 has displayed the ability to spontaneously generate energy projectiles of various shapes and sizes. SCP-495 has been recorded generating up to ███ at a single time. These projectiles may be lethal or non-lethal depending on the intentions of SCP-495. It has also displayed the ability to create semi-independent replicas of itself (see Incident 495-R). While physically indistinguishable from SCP-495 itself, these replicas are easily destroyed by gunfire, but they are also able to generate energy projectiles.

SCP-495 has displayed limited shapeshifting abilities, metamorphosing at will into what appears to be a common vampire bat (Desmodus rotundus), usually as an evasive response to concentrated fire.

SCP-495 generally displays a mentality consistent with that of a █-year old child, with deviations that may be indicative of [DATA EXPUNGED] disorder. It is usually cooperative, but may sometimes become agitated and aggressive (see Incident Log).

Addendum: At the time of recovery, SCP-495 was found in possession of a curved object of indeterminate nature which it refers to as "██████████". When used by SCP-495, the object was seen extending into a █-meters long tendril of fire. Object classified as SCP-495-1, research on the possibilities of its use as a weapon is ongoing.

(sweet merciful SCP-343, this is well above the Able Line.)

X-COM style, where you control both containment teams and MTFs. And handle the logistics of training your security forces, research staff, D-class 'recruitment', etc. Also develop your own containment procedures.

Naturally, your security members will miss a 100% shot during critical moments. And prolly set fire to themselves or something.

Visit http://www.scp-wiki.net/ and pick random article - you'll see lots of black bars too.
SCP verse - is fictional wiki-style creepy-pasta. About anomalies around the world and super-duper secret organization collecting, securing and keeping that stuff in safety (in both ways).

P.S. A while ago I did li'l research for lulz. Aprox. quarter of Gensokyo have "fitting double" at SCP within approx. first thousand of articles.

Remember that Koishi's knife in ULiL and her abilities? It's SCP-668

    No.

There are many reasons why killing 682 is impossible. First and foremost: the lizard is unkillable by definition. No reality can exist where it is killed or permanently dealt with, EVER. This is encoded into its literary DNA: if it dies, it's not The Lizard. The only potential exception is cases where either its death is a joke, or all humans were killed *first*.

Why exactly is subject to debate. Some say that the lizard is the last holdout from a platonic realm of eternal ideals, and thus cannot be killed because its true self continues to project a shadow on the cave wall that is our reality--much like a Hourai immortal reforms due to their soul being made eternal. Others suggest that the lizard is some sort of reality keystone, and that the quantum multiverse contains only universes where it is alive--because whenever it isn't, that particular aspect of the superposition of quantum states vanishes. Still others suggest that it comes from a world where things are very different, and its foreign nature prevents us from interacting with its true self, and anything which could, it already knows to avoid.

In any case, Flandre almost certainly won't be able to kill it with her powers. She wouldn't be able to find its eyes. If she could, it would proceed to regenerate from it.

Yuyuko could try, but it doesn't have a concept of death, so she'd fail. At best, she could probably keep it still. Reimu floats through life, and given how nasty the bestest lizard ever! tends to be, she'd probably simply never encounter it. Yukari, though...Yukari has a chance. Not because she can gap it away, the thing is defined by (among other things) the fact that it always comes back, but because she has the intelligence and otherworldly extensions necessary to travel into its true self and attack it where it's actually vulnerable.

I would not want to be Clef when Remilia and friends come calling, though. Hell, anything sufficiently dangerous to Gensokyo and its people such as the Foundation would acquire Yukari's interest at an unhealthy speed, especially if they tried to contain Reimu.

There's already a perfect place to contain her: Gensokyo. Anything else will will cause a UK-class end of the world scenario, either through Yukari or a sudden and world ending change of Fate.

There's already a perfect place to contain her: Gensokyo. Anything else will will cause a UK-class end of the world scenario, either through Yukari or a sudden and world ending change of Fate.

Reminiscent of the Edge of the World in that the Foundation can do little to contain it on its own, and must rely on local non-Foundation resources who are maintaining their own Secure Containment Procedures.

No, there is Reimu or Marisa to keep her at bay or Flandre's own sister

Yup, this absolutely reeks of Type Green. Clef would have a field day "decommissioning" this one.

I don't think the Foundation would be too hellbent on decommissioning her, given that a bunch of random weaknesses keep her mostly under control. She couldn't even realistically escape anywhere because of sunlight sensitivity. Even worse, she can't even feed herself!

See, we call this Plot Armor. Call it whatever else you like, but it's Plot Armor. And Plot Armor ends at the edge of a character's original, canonical setting. Away from the SCP Wiki, 682 is only as immortal as the fanfic writer says he is. And in a crossover story, where you have to account for the power scale of the other universes involved, things get murky. Flandre's undefined destruction powers could very well work on a conceptual level, like you claim The Lizard functions. Certainly, if she didn't quite get him on the first shot (which I could believe, given his healing factor puts Deadpool's to shame), he'd likely start regenerating and either flee or attack, but she might go for another shot. And another. Until the mighty son of the Scarlet King is either ash or even less than ash. We simply do not know how their powers would interact. Maybe 682 can survive the first detonation. Maybe he can survive ten of them. Maybe you're right and it would just wound him severely and piss him off. But that is completely up to the writer and the needs of the narrative.
