I should have specified, I have no knowledge of moonrunes, so I don't know what's an accurate translation or not of what she says. However, the translation in place apparently confused a lot of us into thinking she was naming both the back of her knees and her ears as sensitive areas.
That said, your suggested phrasing is good. Maybe someone can check with the translator and see if that's accurate enough to use?

You pretty much figured it out. I made what I think is as minimal a change as possible while still conveying the proper nuance. See if it reads better now.
