    There is no pun, it's just that way to show how little she knows about ninja techniques, pronouncing Shuriken as Suriken, which is obviously wrong. Sachiko "speaks" it in hiragana to make it more obvious that this word doesn't exist (she would have spoken it with kanji aka 手裏剣 if it was the correct form).
