    Someone leaked the game's roster before it got released, so the artist probably made this pic after seeing the leak.

    And also, the roster actually got leaked back in January 5 on Facebook, but it seemed that nobody paid attention to it until Koishi was revealed...

    Since the leak didn't seem to come by the usual channels, I'll believe shope did this without knowing (he also seems genuinely surprised at the source picture's description). This gives him a 25% predictive success rate. Still better than Sylvia Browne.
