Ever just gone at your hair with a towel after a bath? Those drops do seem to indicate they haven't done that though.
Having naturally curly hair, when it's shorter it fluffs like an afro. At the moment it's 3/4 down my back and it just stays a straight moist lump since it'd take too much longer than I can give a care to actually get it anywhere near dry. Especially if I were using something like she has around her neck.
Still, though her hair's "unrealistic," it does look really cute.
