Only on full moon nights. She seems to only have ears and a tail any other day. It's the full moon that brings the fur out, at least according to her dialogue.

The tail is fanon until proven otherwise.

I think her wolf ears and her (supposed) tail also come out only with the full moon, like Keine's horns and tail.
