Utsumi Kenji passed away a few days ago. His voice was an integral part to making Raoh such a fantastic character, IMO. He had a long life and will no doubt be missed.

EDIT: Sometimes I find the In Memory Of pool sadder than the Soul-Crushingly Depressing one. I actually started crying after posting that, and nothing in SCD ever made me cry.
