The solid blob-hand kinda ruins it. It's like a wad of dough.
Maybe the hand's just turned away from the viewer, so the fingers are pointed towards her back and we only see her thumb next to the bottom of her hand. If so, then the thumb is positioned correctly and it makes sense not to see the other fingers, so it's not a case of bad anatomy.
