What's even worse is that I keep replacing Reimu with Tadakuni all the time.

Looks like a retelling. Of course, Akyuu wrote the events of SoPM so who knows what actually happened. That sure is an interesting set of news articles Reimu just delivered to Byakuren's stomach and Marisa's face.

She didn't so much as "write" SOPM so much as she "transcribed" it. She was there as a stenographer of sorts while Marisa was hosting the interview/round table discussion with Kanako, Byakuren and Miko.

And this story is a continuation of SOPM, not a retelling. The first page of the comic (page 2 of this pool) starts with "Ten or so minutes later...." i.e. ten or so minutes after Miko offered to give Reimu some A-D-V-I-C-E
