From some experiments we have done, blue hawaii is some kind of mixture of pineapple and orange.

I agree, but in this case she's not unrelated to the scene, she is on Hopeless Masquerade and has connections with Kokoro because of the Mask of Hope.

Yeah probably. But the scene probably set at Myoren Temple, which other than HM connections to few characters in this Koishi doesn't really fit IMO.
