'Twas I. I thought it was hilarious when I capped and posted it, but it was 1:30 in the morning. At 1:30 in the morning the weirdest shit can seem funny to me. When that happens I'll defer to the mods. I don't think I've ever noticed an "upload for approval" box.

Recent addition, it's above the Browse box, below the image if you are uploading from the bookmarklet. It was actually implemented so you wouldn't need to do this.

Good idea. I always use the uploader add-on, so that's why I haven't seen it. Next time I have one of these, I'll try the bookmarklet instead.
