It's actually kinda hard to tell whether that's a tear or sweat. Usually tears in response to sexuality are drawn welling in the eyes, not actually running.

The drops I presume are sweat as she is in "heat." I'll add "sweat" but change as needed.

Except that it's "はたてったら" which is a conditional verb construction.

Except that Hatate and her thoughtography are specifically mentioned later on, indicating that this first "Hatate" is also referring to her. Suffixing "ttara" to a person's name or pronoun is a common thing in Japanese, indicating some mild disbelief/displeasure (or teasing, ironic displeasure) in someone:

"(Honestly, that Hatate...what's so great about seeing this side of someone else? .... Still, I wonder if she knows she's being seen too.)"

Between Momiji's telegnosis and Hatate's thoughtography, couldn't you get perpetual motion? We can't show you her lower half, by the way.
