I sense a reference to "Aria". The fact that the girl rowing is only wearing one glove(symbolizing that she is a Journeyman, as opposed to wearing both gloves and thus an Apprentice)kinda seals the reference IMO. Worthy of the Cosplay tag? Sakura would be Akari & Caren would be Alicia.
