If you know your knots the knot used is a quick release knot used mostly in medicine and bondage. The knot is also loose fitted.

I get the feeling that the blood vessels in tubes that lead to her third eye both quite resilient and not especially vital. It likely becomes a problem if you remove most of the tubes, but as long as there's at least one still connected it should still be fine (I'm of course assuming that each tube contains both veins and arteries). In fact I get the feeling that, in her attempts to seal her third eye, Koishi manually began removing the tubes before discovering a less painful method.

Having experienced artery catheters this gives me the chills.

I have a question. How does she do the wrap around with her vain coming from her leg without tangling up the other vains? In the very last image the one that is purple. I don't see how she could do that, then again my spatial reasoning has never been good.
