Wow, folks really wanted this one translated, huh?
I took many liberties with Mayu's first bubble in the last panel - it's more like "Mayu... lovesickness progression will be done...", but I felt that "lovesickness is becoming terminal" was a bit easier to understand.
P-san's dialogue in the third panel was also tricky to get down, and as is becoming usual for me, I apologize heavily for any mistakes I've made in my interpretation, and happily welcome corrections for the sake of being able to better translate in the future.
