Series title is hard to search for, I haven't been able to find a link to the software. Best I have is its official site which has no relevant links. The parent company, iustice Inc, makes iOS/Android/PC games but doesn't list this on their site. This may still be in production. I can only infer, though.

If anyone proficient in Korean wants to take a shot at figuring it out, feel free.
