I know the difference between the two, but the fact is we have Miko dressed as a Miko, a pun almost certainly intentional on the part of the artist.

Yeah, I'm also wondering if we can use redundancy for name puns. But this is like dressing up someone like Justin Bieber or Justin Timberlake just because his name is Justin. Well, I dunno... Let's just let the others decide on that.
