After played quite a bit of Tristana in my LoL days I'd say they have pretty good synergy. Tristana doesn't have early on too much burst, that's true, but even at level 3 you should have 1 level on W and 2 on E which gives you some decent damage and slow. After 6 level this lane combo can be actually devastating.
