lol, her way of acting towards Popura....Komari, is like the only indicator that she really is young. Actually makes her character quite cute.

Since I've seen a fair number of re-shot poses on Facebook, where older photo subjects re-create pictures taken in earlier life, this kind of picture doesn't really raise my eyebrows. Just my two cents'...
