I noticed a pattern: a few pages of this koma have uncomplete translations, this one comic is just untranslated further on. Why do Danbooru moonspeakers dislike absurd humor? Especially if a lot of animes incorporate it?

It's more likely that they came across phrases they couldn't properly convert and left them, possibly running across large sections of them and giving up. Our rules state that if you aren't sure of a translation you shouldn't put in your "best guess" as it just makes more work for others. Or, that something IRL came up. Sometimes hard to believe, but they are human on the other end of the line.
That's nothing, I once read a doujin wherein everything was perfectly translated except pages that had Aya on them. Not just Aya's lines, as if the translator couldn't understand her, but it seemed like they just entirely skipped pages with Aya for some reason.
