True, and apparently everything before that last strike only had half of her heart in it because she was conflicted about beating up her friend. Imagine what would happen if she went in keen and hard to begin with! I hope there will be a point when we see this uniform made and worn anew.

It was explained later on that she has unusually high synch with her Goku Uniform compared to other Two-Star wearers. So high, in fact, that every stat but her intelligence skyrockets until it's maxed out.
Which makes sense when you think about it. Even if she couldn't hear Senketsu's voice, she could still tell what he wanted to the point that Senketsu was wondering if she really couldn't hear him, and she's proven surprisingly insightful when analyzing others.
