Technically the strongest Hyper Beam in the game, because Mega Gardevoir's ability, Pixilate, gives all normal type moves 30% bonus power as well as making them Fairy type, granting it a STAB bonus on top of the 30% bonus. Also, with Gardevoir becoming a Fairy/Psychic dual-type, Dark type attacks are no longer super effective, as well as Dragon type attacks being completely ignored. The dual typing also makes Gardevoir a very good dragon killer, due to being able to learn Fairy type attacks which are super effective against Dark, Dragon, and Fighting types.
tl;dr Mega Gardevoir is great for special sweeping and Hyper Beaming/Moon Blasting enemy faces off in X and Y.
